The Daimon brewery happened to be at the liquor store I sometimes go to, and I was curious about it, so I tasted it and bought it because it was delicious.
The taste is orthodox, not fruity like the recent boom.
I like Akirika sake from Osaka, but it has a completely different taste trend.
However, it has a very beautiful taste, and the umami is not a guttural flavor, but a sweet flavor that blooms in the mouth, which I quite like.
It is written that it also has acidity, but I don't feel much of it.
I am very satisfied with the taste, which is gentle on the palate, refreshing, and sweet.
