The new "Craft 12" is an unpasteurized sake with a low alcohol content of 12%, which makes it easy to drink even in summer.
Color: pale greenish yellow with a hint of "chestnut yellow".
Scent : Apple scent
Taste : When chilled, it has a well-balanced flavor of rice sweetness, fresh apple-like acidity and light bitterness.
When chilled, the sweetness weakens and the acidity and bitterness make it refreshing.
Personally, I think I like to drink it cold.
They recommend drinking it on the rocks in the hot summer, so we tried it.
If you're not a big fan of sake, drinking it on the rocks will dilute the sake flavor and you'll definitely drink more!
