TakatsuguWe opened a bottle of this one that we got at a brewery on our February expedition.
After talking with the store staff, I chose "Seikai" instead of "Nikko Homare" because I thought it was something that could only be drunk in my hometown. It was freshly squeezed just a week ago.
It has a strong acidity up front with a firm umami flavor. It is not gorgeous, but it gives the impression of a robust flavor.
It is a bottle that makes you want to enjoy other brands as well.
