Drinking dinner at home.
I opened a bottle of sake from the oldest local brewery, Goto Shuzo
(closed in March 2021), the oldest local brewery.
It's rather refreshing, with a hint of
It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a hint of rice flavor.
We enjoyed it with sashimi and salted fish.
