The aroma of Yamadanishiki is clear and easy to recognize, although I was too drunk to detect the fine aroma. I like that there is no deliberate ginjo aroma.
I was impressed by the balance between the not-too-strong mouthfeel and the strong flavor, which is typical of low-alcohol sake breweries in Nara.
