禊萩(自生)
As I declared yesterday, I drink Grui for the Eastern Army in the decisive battle of Sekigahara.
The label is Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the eastern army.
The aroma is a melon-type ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel has a rich umami flavor with a refreshing acidity, from which comes the sweetness of the rice.
If you drink the honjozo after drinking this one, the alcohol taste will be emphasized, and vice versa, the sweetness will be thicker.
An easy-drinking bottle.
