When I visited the sake brewery in Seitama, I stopped by the Tokushima Prefecture
The second bottle was Kirai Aka Junmai Ginjo Toyo.

The first bottle was a Junmai Daiginjo
The second bottle was Kirai Aka Junmai Ginjyo Toyojun.
whereas this one is made from our own Gin-no-sato.

The aroma is milder than that of the Junmai Daiginjyo.
It has a slightly yellowish color and a milder heady aroma than Junmai Daiginsho. It has a mellow taste with a full-bodied umami flavor.
After a while, brown sugar-like sweetness and bitterness appear.
