I finally got my hands on Etsukaijin, Kagawa Prefecture's most recommended sake.
It was dry and crisp, without any unpleasant acidity, and had an ideal balance.
I am now in reach of the national sake competition, but the last sake from Okinawa seems to be in a state of suspension, so I don't know when I will be able to drink it.
The brewery seems to have been merged with another brewery, so I hope they will reopen soon.
