Today's sake is "Akane," a limited-edition sake available only during a tour of the Endo Sake Brewery in Suzaka, Nagano Prefecture, at the time of its autumn opening: ❗️❗️
I drank another one with the same contents but a different label right after the opening of the brewery, but today's sake is the one I saved from that time.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of sourness❗️A sip reveals a mild texture on the tongue followed by a tangy sourness and a sour fruity taste on the nose❗️❗️It is also a good sake for a mealtime drink⭕️
