Hiroshima Fermentation Kyodo Kenkyukai is a voluntary organization established in January 2022 by three breweries in Hiroshima Prefecture [Kyokuho Shuzo (Asahiho), Fujii Shuzo (Ryusei), and Miwa Shuzo (Jinrai)] to study fermentation culture.
We received [Asahiho] at Sakelabo Tokyo, and this time we will have [Ryusei].
Gutsy, yet sweet to the palate!
We visited Ryusei several times, and although we were worried about the brewery after the disaster, they are making good sake.
