I visited the brewery in Nagano-Niigata van trip and bought it. It is sold directly at the modest and unadorned office, and has a good atmosphere.
It has a refreshing spiciness like Junmai Ginjo, but on the other hand, it has a depth of flavor and sweetness that satisfies sake drinkers who come with a bang. It is indeed a sake region. Deep. 85
