Aroma is more refreshing than usual 😉.
Ozeyuki's typical pineappleiness is in full bloom! It's a bit of a summer sake, but maybe that's because it's a summer sake. The middle part of the bottle is more subdued and has a nice, clean, crisp feel! (Some sourness in the aftertaste? (It may have a slight acidity in the aftertaste...)
Summer sake in April...well, it's been hot lately, so it's ok! It's good 😁.
