こるね
<The sweet and sour taste is mellow and rich.
This sake has 80% koji ratio, which is four times the normal ratio. It is over a certain Major, which is the same red but three times the normal ratio.
You can already tell from the aroma. The sweet and delicious taste of maturity. This looks delicious!
From the moment you put it in your mouth, the rich sweetness and acidity go boom, boom, boom! From there, the sweetness spreads further and then zuzu zuzu! It's thick!
The aroma is also richly sweet and matured. The aftertaste is also very rich. And yet, somehow there is no unpleasantness at all. It is a little sticky, but refreshing. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was refreshing, but it was all there.
What the heck, it's so good!
It gave me a dense feeling of satisfaction, like after reading a novel with a good after-feel.
It's not Ghibli, but an analogy would be Hiro Arikawa's novel "Kiken. To use an even more obscure analogy, it is like the Kouga club of "Jutta Choujin Aaru" became realistic and even more eccentric when they became university students. It is a dense adolescent ensemble drama of male science students.
Satisfaction: ★★★★
