Rice used is Hoshiakari from Akita Prefecture
Hoshiakari is a rare sake rice developed by Tohoku Electric Power Co.
I don't know how it came to be, but they are researching sake rice, aren't they?
It has a gentle taste and a nice sharpness.
As expected of Amanoto, it is delicious. ❣️
