I have always thought that Isobojiman's Honjozo sake is the best, but this Tokujun sake is indeed excellent. It is no wonder it was ranked No. 1 in the Sake COMP Junmai Sake category.
You can tell that this sake was carefully brewed using top-grade rice from Akaban Omachi and subsoil water from the Oigawa River. It is a delicious sake that makes the most of the flavor of the rice. 😋😋😋😋😋
