At a sake brewery in Sakaiminato City, Tottori Prefecture, the birthplace of Shigeru Mizuki,
The label of Konaki Jijiji is cute.
As the description says, it is super dry, with a crisp taste and no aroma or sweetness. However, it is a pure rice sake with a strong umami of rice, so it does not give the impression of being light, but it does have a sharp acidity. It also has a tingling acidity, giving it the image of old-fashioned sake.
I still don't know how to classify it.
It is a delicious sake when paired with a meal.
