Meliosma myriantha
Quite ripe banana. Smells like banana flavoring made from flowers rather than banana in sake flavor. Tastes sweet too. I wanted to drink it with milk.
The label is nice, like it is for people who want to like sake.
The brewery is a "registered tangible cultural property (building)" I would like to visit.
The brewery uses natural sake yeast isolated and cultivated from "Hana" (flower).
The name is derived from Mt. Amabuki, which rises to the northeast of the brewery.
