It has been a long time since my last visit to Eiko-Fuji.
After all, winter is nigori, isn't it? This is no doubt.
There is not so much fizziness. It is a little bit cloudy and has a sweet aroma.
When you take a sip, you will feel a rush of sweetness. The moderate richness and slight bitterness are pleasant. It is sweet, but it goes away quickly, and there is no unpleasant feeling. Even without snacks, this sake can be enjoyed on its own. 16 degrees Celsius, but it is easy to drink without feeling it.
You can't go wrong with Yamagata's sake!
Today is the last day of work. I can't finish, but I'll forget about tomorrow and enjoy the present 😋.
