Takeyoshi's dry sake. I had drunk it at a restaurant before, but I drank it again in one cup at home.
The yellowish color is a mellow flavor with a sense of maturity. The aroma is a bit smoky, and it wafts into the nose.
The moment it rolls on the tongue, you can taste the umami, and it spreads through the mouth, but when you swallow it, it seeps in with a crisp, dry taste. However, it is not so sharp and clean. You can feel the lingering umami.
It is a good choice for a hearty mealtime sake.
