When I went to Isego in Nakameguro, I told them that I wanted something refreshing since I had been drinking only good sake lately, and they recommended this one.
It was recommended to me. The aroma was subdued and the taste was light with sweet and sour juiciness, just what I wanted to drink today!
It also has a slight astringency that is perfect for tonight's yose-nabe.
It's low in alcohol and I'm sure I'll be sipping on it.
It was delicious!
