I went to Kaminoyama Onsen in Yamagata Prefecture on 10/28/10/29/2024. I had not posted/reviewed the first encounter with the all-you-can-drink sake that was offered at the inn where we stayed at that time 😅.
It was served at room temperature.
I think it is dry, refreshing and easy to drink.
However, I think it tastes better heated 😋.
