Kitajima's Sub-chan, which I opened a few days ago for a taste test. It said "beware of blowout", so I slowly opened it... It was completely normal. When I tried to drink it again, I found that it had a high alcohol content, so it came down hard. When I drank it again today, it seems to have calmed down and is easier to drink, but I can still taste a lot of bitterness. The lees is a little bit low, and it becomes round when it is mixed. It is the best match for sashimi.
