Eikoufuji. I was interested in this one after reading the review of Sake-no-wa, so I chose it by brand name.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Gohyakumangoku from Niigata
I myself have an image of Ihyakumangoku as being light and sharp, but this sake had an elegant sweetness and gorgeous taste, perhaps due to the power of the sake brewer and yeast.
I drank too much yesterday, but it was a fulfilling saki-nama.
