tomy
I got it in the spring and it has been in the fridge for a long time. The aroma is light. It tastes like water. It has no peculiarities and is a sake to drink slowly with snacks.
I had just found a pack of cheap rice-only sake (not junmai sake) and compared them, but this one had a much more beautiful taste.
What bothered me a little was that even though it was made in March, fire-brewed, and stored in the refrigerator for a long time, the aroma was a little off, but only a little. If the sake had originally had that kind of aroma, I apologize for being rude, but sometimes I notice a change in the flavor of locally brewed sake, even if it has been fire-aged. There are convenient words like "maturing," but I am a little concerned about it.
