Sake from Ehime purchased on an expedition. This time, we opened a bottle of special junmai sake brewed with "Shizuku Ehime," Ehime's rice suitable for sake brewing.
It has a well-balanced taste, with a soft sweetness and umami flavor that is well balanced with the freshness of the unpasteurized sake. It seems to go well with sweet fish.
