Day 3 of the event, and first of all, the second drink 👀.
The highlight of the event was ✨Jushiyo ✨.
✨Jushidai ✨!
When I arrived at the venue, there was a huge line at the booth, and the placard at the end of the line read "3 hour wait" 😱💦, just like an attraction at a popular theme park... (lol) Even so, I kept waiting in line and finally got my drink. (💦) Still, I kept waiting in line and finally arrived at the restaurant. Even the wait was strangely rewarded when I was in front of the Jyushiyo.
When poured into a glass, it has a beautiful, clear color and the aroma that rises from the glass is somehow elegant and deep. When you take a sip, the rich and full flavor and sweetness that is typical of Jyushidai spreads first, and then a slight, pleasant bitterness finishes it all off. It's a bottle that is both gorgeous and complex, and is truly "worth waiting in line to taste" 😋🍶✨.
Jyushidai is special after all. I once again experienced the reason why it has captured the hearts of sake fans.
