I enjoyed the other Mimurosugi, so this time I ordered a junmai ginjo made from 100% Watafune-2, a rare variety of rice. When I put the glass close to my mouth, it had an elegant aroma like white peaches, a refreshing acidity, and a fruity taste. It was a limited edition with a reasonable price.
