Kagataya Sake Shop New Sake Tasting
My favorite new sake from Hououmida. Fruity aroma typical of this brewery. The taste is mildly acidic, with a moderate sweetness and a full-bodied flavor. While it was tasty, the impact of new sake was not so strong.
