When I opened the bottle, it gushed beautifully.
I thought I had chilled it well, but the carbonation from the secondary fermentation in the bottle was more vigorous than I had imagined, and the bubbles were all over the place...
The aroma is impressive with freshness like muscat and green apple.
In the mouth, a refreshing acidity spreads and is perfectly balanced with the sweetness.
