Today, we opened a bottle of Shoryu Horai, a collaboration sake from the oddball "Megane Dedicated.
I was a little curious about this "glasses only" sake. If it is a collaboration with my favorite sake brewery "Oyataka Sake Brewery," I would buy it without hesitation.
It has a tight acidic flavor and a gentle sweetness that expands. When I put on my glasses to check the specifications, I was not able to find out anything about it because it is not open to the public.
The glasses wipe that was distributed with the bottle was also a nice touch. Delicious ❗️
