I bought this #Oaihei Junmai Ginjo Spring Shibori from #Makino Shuzo in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, because I enjoyed it so much 2 years ago.
I opened it 3 days ago and felt it was still young, so I waited. This was the right decision.
It was sweeter, softer on the palate, slightly effervescent, and fresh with a hint of grapefruit.
