The last night in Hokkaido was my first time at Machida Sake Brewery🍶.
I had often seen it at Sake-no-Wa and my sister and I are from Machida City, so I selected it and my brother-in-law and 🍶.
The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous from the moment it is poured.
Slightly gaseous and fresh, well-balanced in flavor, acidity, and bitterness.
A delicious sake that will keep you going 👍
In Hakodate, I was able to purchase Goryo from Kamikawa Taisetsu and Tokachi from Takano as a souvenir for myself.
In Otaru, the Hakodate store is too far away to check in
