Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai Miyamanishiki Nao Kumi It is delicious this year, too. I prefer it after about two weeks rather than on the first day. It is gently sweet with a slight bitterness at the end. Serve with flounder & cod roasted in foil.
