The fifth bottle is Hiran.
This one seems to be a special one made with Kurafan.
It is made with yeast No. 6 and Nagasaki's edible rice, Nikkomaru.
It is a rather refreshing sake, but the flavor of the rice is very good.
I don't have a good impression of sake made with No. 6 yeast, but this one tasted good.
Of course, I am talking about something other than Shinsei.
