The aroma is gorgeous, as is typical of Morishima, but the aroma quickly fades away, and the umami, which is typical of nama-zake, also quickly fades away.
It has umami, but it's not a "good" sake, it's a fleeting ginjo-shu.
Well, I don't dislike it, but I wouldn't buy it again.
