I was curious to buy it when I visited Kumamoto.
I never had a chance to open it...
Second fermentation in bottle? Wine?
It was very sweet with a sake degree of -30 😅.
It's okay for people who can only drink cocktails.
It's also low in alcohol content...
It's just a different kind of sake 😌.
