KENStringed barracuda with manganji
This is my first summer sake from Shinkame.
It does not have a matured feel, but it has a great umami flavor and is easy to drink and delicious because it is thick and rich and cuts through smoothly👍.
It's a big fatty barracuda.
I wanted to pair it with a cold sake with a strong flavor.
I chose it because I wanted to pair it with a strong-flavored cold sake, and I was right!
