Loman Junmai Daiginjo Fukunoka 50
Rating 4.4
Rice polishing ratio: 50% (Fukunoka and Himenomochi from Fukushima Prefecture), Alcohol: 15%.
A fluffy sweet smell. It is sweet, but has a nice crispness. Of course, it has a well-balanced flavor and richness that is typical of Loman. This sake is brewed with Fukushima Prefecture's "Fukunoka" rice polished to 50% for the koji and kake rice, Utsukushima Yume yeast, and glutinous rice in a four-stage brewing process.
It is a mild, but moderately bitter, mid-meal sake.
