Entry: Very peachy and dense.
In the mouth: It is very sweet with a lot of flesh. You can feel the alcohol from the back of the tongue to the top of the throat.
Aftertaste: The sweet aftertaste disappears easily with a hint of alcohol.
This is not a sake, but it has Hououmida in it, so I tried it! Super ripe! From the smell to the taste, it's like you're sucking a whole peach into your mouth... The alcohol you feel in your throat is different from juice, and it cuts through the sweet aftertaste.
