Fukkai-san is often seen at Sake-no-wa these days.
This is his first appearance at Master's restaurant.
We got the bottom of the bottle 🍶.
The top aroma is faintly sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle acidity and a mild and beautiful sweetness.
The rice polishing ratio seems to be undisclosed, but it is a beautiful sake for Yamadanishiki.
Next time, I would like to try a draft sake.
