あいはらリオPeach-colored sake with the aroma of ancient rice produced in Izumo Kamitaniwa The town of Higawa, Shimane Prefecture, in the Land of Izumo, where this sake is produced, is said to be the original home of the gods and is full of ancient romance, with the ruins of Aragamitani, where a bronze sword and a bronze spear were excavated. Izumokanba" is a sake flavored with ancient rice grown in the town. Black rice, which was once used as a sacred offering during Shinto rituals, is also called "Murasaki Kuromai" (purple-black rice), resulting in a peach-colored sake. The anthocyanins in the purple-black rice give it a fruity flavor. It is a strong sake with a mild aftertaste. When served with fruits and cheese, it is as delicious as its strong flavor!
