A very clear and transparent sake that was quite fragrant. It smelled and tasted especially like melons and pears. It was a light bodied Sake with a watery texture and good balance. When you drink it, the flavors expand in the mouth and create a bit of an umami flavor. There is a little bitterness at the end. A very delicate Sake with high acidity.
