Hanaboe Junmai Daiginjo "Manyo no Hana" No added yeast
Deep aroma reminiscent of aged sake.
When poured into a glass, it had an amber color.
The texture is light and soft, the taste is like apricot, and there is a woody aroma.
In the second half, the beautiful acidity tightens the whole, and the aftertaste is short and smooth.
At first I was surprised because it was different from my image, but after the second and third sips, it became addictive.
This uniqueness is not because it is a mature sake, but because it has no added yeast.
