Shirazuru Nishiki is used, which was bred by the Shirazuru Sake Brewery in Hyogo Prefecture and is not to be missed. It has a refreshing aroma that is slightly reminiscent of white grapes. The mouthfeel is clear and crisp. It has a fresh and elegant mouthfeel reminiscent of fresh herbs such as mint, which is typical of the moon after the rain. The aftertaste is short and elegant. I would like to drink it in a wine glass.
