New Year's Eve Nouveau, which I buy every year for New Year's Eve.
I bought it again this year and opened the bottle immediately.
As I wrote last year, it was well chilled and when I opened the bottle, it was sweet again this year, with a bit of spiciness on the back end. As it gets closer to room temperature, the spiciness becomes more pronounced, but it's still delicious. ......
It is indeed a recommended brewery.
I always drink this sake at the tokoso party.
PS: This year, I drank quite a few first-time brands, and it was fun to look back at my record.
