Garyubai Limited Hanpukai 2021
This program started in April, and the two bottles for April arrived, so we tried them.
Because the rice used is different, the taste and aroma are completely different.
I drank them immediately.
First, the Yamadanishiki flavored sake.
It has a nice fruity aroma and sweetness like Garyubai.
Next is the Sou no Jyoushi made with Gohyakumangoku.
This one has a clean taste with no unnecessary ingredients, but it still packs a punch.
I was able to enjoy the difference in character.
We had it with sushi and pickled firefly squid, and it was perfect.
