Koji rice: 50% Domaine Sakura Yamada Nishiki
Kake rice: 60% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki
Alcohol content 14%.

When my children were small, I raised many beetles and stag beetles in three wardrobe boxes in my garage for many generations.
I didn't let the kids touch them, but I enjoyed them myself😅.
This is a great beer.
As expected, the aroma is citrusy.
When you put it in your mouth, the beautiful and crisp acidity of Senkou spreads. The sweetness and the umami taste are pleasant to the palate.
There is a pleasant alcohol feeling and a bitter taste.
Light, refreshing, transparent, and fresh 😋 is Senkou.
I think Senkou is very good and delicious.
It's low in alcohol and I drank it like a beer 😅 this is the kind of sake I like 😄.
I drank 2 bottles this season but didn't take any pictures 🥲.
It's a shame 🥲 but it's an enjoyable sake.
But Senkou is fun✌🏻.
