Junmai of Suzukagawa.
It is another brand of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which produces "Saku".
It is quite good. The taste is light and refreshing, like a Ramune. The sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth.
It is not dry, but it is refreshing.
The aroma is quite subdued.
The overall lightness made me think it was low-alcohol.
It has a calmness characteristic of hi-ire, but it also retains some freshness, making it just the right sake.
It is a little like the Junjyo by Masamune Instrument.
It is a sake that has no strange characteristics, and is likely to be popular with all people.
