Daiginjo with a sweet rice flavor and an aroma and taste reminiscent of melon and white peach. It is easy to drink with no sake-like sensation. It also has an aftertaste like sashimi soy sauce. It is gentle and full with a long aftertaste. We will have it at Oku Shiobara in Tochigi.
