I have had the most popular sake from Nagasaki, Yokoyama, so I chose Fukuda this time.
I bought this one because I thought it was a summer-only active light nigori, perfect for a hot day❣️.
Although the bottle was labeled to be opened with caution, I opened it normally without any problems 👌
The taste is slightly sweet with a hint of bitterness. It's a good sake that I feel would taste even better if drunk on a summer day when the temperature is over 30 degrees 😍.
